Ampersand, part 3 - triathlon, tramps, and ice cream

This year was our 10th (almost) annual triathlon at Ampersand.

In the first group was Dain & Mason:

Helping to "run a clean race" as usual was Uncle Avery, official boat driver and score keeper:

Mason had me by a minute, but I still got my second best time ever, so I was quite pleased. Maybe next year I'll have more time to train! Regardless, it's always a fun day :-)

One of Ryan's favorite activities was, of course, the trampoline. It was fun to see how much more coordinated he is this year than last. He also loved seeing Mommy do some of my old tricks (which I couldn't show him last year since I was 6+ months pregnant).

And, we had to do our traditional homemade ice cream. Ryan was definitely the ring leader for that one too!
